I moved to Eastland Village to be closer to work. When I toured the property, everything seemed nice. It wasn't until I moved in, that I encountered a lot of problems. First, the lobbies and the basements are NEVER cleaned, there are reisdents who smoke in the common areas with no consequences, and the office staff (Cheryl the bookkeeper) is very nasty. The rent goes up every year. They entice new residents with low rent rates and then hike them up dramatically every year. There is mold in my apartment, no dishwasher, no central air, and the kitchen is very small. There are always shady characters walking around the apartment complex and cars are constantly being broke into. I can't wait until my lease is up! Eastland Village is the pits!
