The rent is way too high for the quality of the apartments, I have lived in three different apartments within this complex and all of them have had mild to severe ongoing problems. Some of the problems I have encountered have been with the plumbing, wiring, and structural. Another downside to this apartment complex is that the staff is prone to being very unproffesional. I have reported a problem with my apartment before and had to call the office about it again when nothing was done to fix it after a week. The apartment I'm in now smells of cigarette smoke and the walls are so thin I can hear the neighbors all around me at all hours of the day and night. The worst is the wiring in the apartment, it is a nightmare, I have constant problems with my internet and phone connection. Lights around the house will just stop working as well as some of the outlets or cable connections. Another issue is that a few times I have discovered they were trying to overcharge me on my rent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! There are much better apartment complexes all around Harrison Township that cost less and are better quality.
