Very rude office help & crappy apartments/grounds

The office help is very, very rude and nasty,as well as racists, especially Judy and Kathy. The staff changes as often as the seasons and your are charged for maintance that already existed. The maintanance crew is the worst i have ever seen. Cars were being broken into and management did nothing about security.
