I'v lived here for 3 years and had about 6 managers plus months of none. The place is falling apart. The latest manager Jan has got more done than anyone and she tells everyone that she wants it to be the best property in Harrison Twp. The residents have made bets to see how long she stays.Good luck to her shes going to need it. She makes sure our service request are completed where before nothing ever got done. She got me new windows because my were fogged since I moved in with a promise they would be changed. Last year my AC was out for 8 months. She has also started moving people in the place looked like a ghost town. I'm in a building where there are 2 residents left instead of 12 which was good in an away because when there was more of us there was no hot water. The staff has told everyone about the mold and water leaks throughout and you could smell the musty odor in my building. I'm moving at the end of the month because I bought a house and I will pray for the new manager that she stays for everyone's benefit but the way her leasing staff is constintly badmouthing her to us residents she probably won't. There was a rape on the property a month ago and alot of drugs going on throughout the apartments. It's not a great place to live but it's affordable. The noise from other buildings will keep you awake if your windows are open.
