This place is absolutely horrible! I have lived here for 7 months and it is absolutely white trash! - The residents are disgusting and the buildings are even worse... if the fish fly guts everywhere weren't bad enough, now spiders, and I mean HUGE ones have taken over! They are all over the doors and drop on you when you come in and out. The hallways are filthy and housekeeping seems to be nonexistent. I have druggies living above and below me and the sheriffs are constantly in the complex pulling people over at random!!! I have been pulled over 3 times for "routine stops and searches". And don't even get me started on the maintenance which is completely incompetent and couldn't change a light bulb if their lives depended on it!!! The leasing staff comes and goes like the seasons and there is ALWAYS someone new working there who doesn't know what the hell is going on! They are rude and tell you misinformation every single time you call for something! They also lose rent checks like there's no tomorrow because they have a stupid little slot to put your check in!!! This place is absolutely horrible... check out Sterling Lake - that's where I'm moving to after I get out of this hell hole!!!
