when i ived there and i had a roommmate there. my apt is always cold and the draft form the windows on the bottom floor was so bad that the darn hat didnt even keep the place warm in the winter months,. i had to use 4 blankets at nite so i wouldnt freeze to death. now its 1/2008 and a friend of mine told me he read the macomb daliy today and there was a acticle about this crap hole and it said that they have so many darn code volitions that they need to take care of or they will close britany park for good

Yes the paper is correct, actualy I used to work there and the number one reason I dont any more! Plus the owners cheap as hell!I Have a vcr tape of mold invested Apartments and there are so many foundation leaks and one apartment in building 35020 that the toilet backs up often and full of ----,and everything else that people flush and has to be snaked out! No wounder so many people get sick there! Good luck all!
