OK for someone on a budget

Not the best of apartments but you cant beat the price. You get what you pay for I guess.
The apartment has older appliances. The staff was pretty nice--there was a huge problem for us with employee turnover. Someone started our lease and someone else finished it and then a few months later they had problems with it again. One time cats were ok, the next they werent, then there was a security deposit for them, then a larger one, then I got a refund for it. A big mess!
I also had a lot of problems when I renewed my lease. It was NOT an easy process.
Other than that, things here have been pretty good. I hav enot had any problems with the apartment and never had any problems on the grounds. The pool is nice in the summer.
The outside is rougher than the inside of the apartments and teh dumpster does not get emptied often. Kind of looks like a pigsty but for the price you really cant beat it.
490 a month saved us a lot of money, other places are around 700. (Also- heat and water is included!)
