Pro's: I have been living here for 6 months. Can't beat the rent special for 1 year. I pay $425 for 1 bd room nice layout & size apartment with heat and water included. A friend of mine got in after the new year and is only paying $405 on her special. Pretty quite around here overall. Central Air is really nice to have. I-94 noise is minimal. Staff nice and friendly. Metro beach right down the road. Under New Management. Storage space in every apartment is really great.

Con's: Not a good place for children, nothing really for them to do. Although I really have not seen that many kids around. The pool is small and unattractive. I doubt I would ever use it, but that's me. Trash dumpsters are pretty full by trash day, but not a big thing. Police seem to cruise around here more then normal. Saw a k-9 unit go into one of the buildings- you can draw your own conclusion on that. Occasionally hear an argument outside or someone yelling. The entry door was broken open to my building, apparently this has happened in the past to other buildings. They fixed it the same day but still not closing on it's own so often left open. Still waiting for it to be properly repaired. I have had to deal with huge spiders showing up in my bath room every now and then. It will be like one a day for 3-4 days then they are gone for a while. Screens also do not fit very good having gaps. I suppose I could complain about that one but it's not a big issue yet. Where the spiders keep showing up the window is always closed. So can't figure out where they are coming from. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer for 12 units. That really sucks. But has yet to be a big problem.

Conclusion: Nice first time apartment, or for someone who is looking to save some money. I would and have recommended living here. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
