I've lived here three years. Had two different management companies, and countless managers and staff. First it was okay. Then I started having issues. The apartment itself wasn't bad for the price, and I didn't really have any issues with that, it was just the type of people that they allow to live there.
Now at the end of this month I am moving out. I was told about a month ago my lease was up at the end of June, then I was told the end of July, then I was told I was month to month. Then I had one week to decided whether I was going to resign a lease, or vacate. If I didn't decide, then I would be forced to pay market rate month to month, which I did not want to do. I filled out forms to vacate, and was then giving a paper on my door stating that I did not give my 30 days, and they were going to prorate me for 7 days, which would cost around $140. Only problem, I was unable to give notice because they only gave me a week, after being told that I still had 2-3 months. The manager and other staff members are rude, and are unable to give correct answers. Each person you ask has a different answer.
I recommend looking elsewhere.

In Brittany Park's defense, this resident was very manipulative. He only heard what he wanted to hear and did like what we had to say. If he had an issue with his lease renewal all he had to do was to LOOK at his paper work. This guy needs to take some responsibility!!
