I just have to say, I'm in the service and I made this place my home a few months ago not just because its was a great deal and the heat and water is free, but because its really a nice place to live, maybe not for years and years however its a great apartment complex to make your first apartment or a place to stay for a little bit of time. I sent over two of my employees and they also made Brittany Park their home. My neighbor down the street is a doctor and he has been here even longer than two years. There is also a patrol truck that rolls around during different times at night, which makes me feel secure. I mean seriously there is nowhere around Harrison Twp, that you can find a apartment that is that large with whats included. With all the ---- comments below, that says their apartment was ---- when they moved in lol, well why the hell did you move in!! I would have walked out before signing the lease, because im pretty sure you were shown your apt before moving In, I was. My apartment which is a two bedroom is large and its plenty, my carpet was not new but look as if it was, it was clean there was a card from the office and some things I could use while moving in that was given to me. This place is classy compared to the rest ive seen out there... Give it a try

Give it more time. Watch how many managers they go through, and when issues with your building arise, watch how fast those smiles turn upside down. They say they want to better the community, but as far as I can tell he only updating they have done is to the office itself. They planted a few small plants outside of the apartments, but they end up dying, because they aren't taken care of. You are also right about me being upset about other things. My electrical outlets in the kitchen were not done correctly. I've asked numerous times about a screen in the window that needs to be replaced, and also numerous times about the lightbulbs outside being replaced. Without those lights, cars are more likely to be broken into, and they already have been. I dare you to call Macomb County Sheriffs department and ask if they'd be your reference whether or not to live in the apartments. I can guarentee they'd tell you to look elsewhere. Like I said, just give it some more time. If those types of things don't bother you, than I'm glad I'm getting out of that section 8 apartment complex, and moving to a much better area.

Well I am an employee at Brittany Park and I can tell you that you don't have to call the Macomb County Sherriff's office to find out about Brittany, just ask one one of the many police officers who have recently made Brittany Park their home. The Township officials, the inspectors, the nieghbors all have sent congratultory letters about the great turnaround at Brittany. This person who made the comment, who would not even leave their name, failed to mention the hundreds of thousands of dollars in updates so far with many more to come. Their ignorance comes from lack of facts. For instance new insulation in every attic to conserve heat and make the residents more comfortable. The complete renovation of the hot water system, the updating of repair tools so we can better service the residents, and so on and so on. We check outside lights each night and fix them the next day, and we have plenty of screens so I can't imagine that this person is telling the truth. Brittany Park is NOT a section 8 community as this un-informed anonymus person states. This mere fact leaves me to believe that this person is from our competetion as we are taking all of their residents and prospects. Instead of making false comments just fix your own places up. Thank you!
