I recently moved into Brittany Park and I'm upset about all the bad reviews. I've grown up in the area and have visited friends here at Brittany Park. Just recently my friend had me come over and I fell in love with her apartment. Then I learn that the apartments was under new Management so I had to go talk to someone at the office. That day I rented my apartment and I haven't regretted it for a moment. I even received a $100 check because my friend refered me. I made money living here!! So all the negative comments confuse me, I've never had a bad experience here. The Office staff and maintenance are wonderful, they listen and work oders are prompt. What else could you ask for. I encourage everyone reading this review to please stop by and see for yourself. I love living here and I'm confident so will you!!

You must be mistaken. I am not the apartment manager nor a scammer. I'm just upset about negative comments and I'm being honest about my experience at Brittany Park. When I moved in, my apartment was beautiful. I can tell you are a hateful person for continuing this discussion. I will pray for you!

Come on built int he 70`s buildings ending in last 3 numbers 050,741,150,731,775,and OMG 020 with the mold and the broken sewer line in 020 did they fix that??? be amazed what peopled live and lived with in a few of the foundation leaking buildings there!!! Also so much for 2 pools seeings how the back one didn`t work since 1998 and last was cemented in finally! Yes cheap rent and buildings lol! good luck all!

Maybe you shouldn't be leaving comments about the apartment you manage. Of course YOUR work orders are done very fast. If they weren't the workers would probably be fired. The place is wretched. The only thing that has been done to the complex to make it more appealing, is giving the rental office an upgrade. Maybe they should think about the apartments themselves, and the quality of materials they use, and while I'm at it, change up the staff, and train them properly. Plus being the manager, I'm pretty sure you're living there for free, or for very cheap. Have fun scamming!
