I totally agree with you! I made the account on this website specifically to write about my HORRIBLE experiences with the management, tenants, and apartment there! They let ANYONE live there! I was calling the police every single night either because the guy next door was selling cocaine or the guy upstairs was throwing his girlfriend down the stairs. I complained over and over and even after the abuser upstairs got a PIT BULL, they still didn't evict him!!! And don't even get me started on the spiders that I asked them to spray for over and over again every summer, my broken garbage disposal they "fixed" and left mud ALL over my kitchen, the washer and dry that never worked, and the water that got SHUT OFF because they didn't pay the bill not to mention your "free" heat - just WAIT til your electric bill comes! I know people who work for Harrison Twp and they told me they were in huge trouble with the city for violations and past due utilities at the time. Management told me repeatedly they were forwarding my complaints to "corporate" which they NEVER did because once I finally tricked a girl in the office into giving me the corporate office's number, they had never heard of me or any of my problems. DONT RENT HERE!!!! ITS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE!

Yu mean we got smart And got the f@#%k out! Also wasn`t fired!!!! The owne Scholnick was the problem! Now Brody is! Dont have to leave my name Just facts! I drove through a couple weeks ago and same empties were Mold and nasty problems were are still empty! Also Yes Been with a new complex that is Number one in Michigan! We Have Do more move outs and move ins in a mounth then you could ream of! Heay great your your doing good the people hanging on the porches! the broken pool filled in! Hope you quite avertision 2 pools,tennis courts,frost free friges ect.... Hope no rapes Have happen since the last in 2005 and Heay good luck fixing her up! I guess the new owner unlike scholnick is buying parts so you dont have to rob peter to pay paul! Just saying if you got the Black mold the sewers fixed good luck but when I drive through same old Park! but yes great prices and just cause new Management don`t mean anything different..... I knew this was a dis-gruntled former employee. This person is not only dumb but they are stupid too. Won't leave name, and lies just to get buisness for their new property while doing the low class thing of dogging their former employer who was just rated one of the best small business to work for. They also claim they work for the number 1 community? How can that be as our mgmt. company has won the Overall Star Community award for the State of Michigan four out of the last five years including last year. And yes, just walk into our properties and see the awards for your self. In fact Brittany is the proud reciepient of the Insurance Industry Award for spectacular improvement and is in the running for a couple of State of Michigan awards this November. All it took was to get the old employees out with ones commited to customer service and ones that like to work hard. We don't have to lie, we have proof, come see our awards. We now have police, fire fighters, medical professionals, city employees and teachers living here and every person who lives here must pass a strict criminal background check un-like the "number 1" community who will take in anybody just to say they are "number one" This person also throws the word mold around to scare people when two indepedent certified firms say otherwise. I guess class is getting rare these days and our reputation would be a lot better if former employees like this person had not let the place go by being lazy and dis-honest and even stealing. It is a good thing we stepped in and cleaned the place up. It is amazing what you can accomplish with good quality employees. Incidently, if this person is who I think it is, their new employer, who are friends of mine, have told me that they do not appreciate this behaviour from their employees and this person is now on thin ice. I told them to call me next time before they hire one of our former employees, it would save them a ton of grief. They agreed with me. so while you are complaining about us trying to do us in by telling lies instead of the honorable way of out working us, just remember, we have the proof, and we have won more state-wide, local awards than any other management company - BAR NONE! Including the Peoples Choice Award from people voting from the newspaper. AND we are the only Michigan management company that has won the National Award given to us by Leslie Sthal from 60 Minutes.
