i am currently in the process of signing my lease and wanted to write about my experience so far..
the lady in the office KAREN was so extremeley nice and helpful that i didnt even want to look at other apartments. I also met Stacy and she was just as helpful-- please believe that MOST apartment office ladies are not so patient and willing to answer A THOUSAND questions (which of course i did)
I havent yet moved in but have been to the site MULTIPLE times and i am constantly seeing maintanence working around the complex, and the few buildings that i checked out were all clean outside and inside.
I will write another review after moving in and seeing first hand.

Welcome to the neighborhood, the office staff are very nice, and my own experience with the maintenance staff has been excellent, they are a great crew. Maintenance has been very quick to take care of the problems I did have, even on a Sunday when my central air was not working, they were right on it.
