I moved in a month ago and I've been very happy so far. There are some loud people on the first floor but I don't hear them up on the third (I'd image that the other tenants on the first floor can hear the noise). The management was very friendly and has responded quickly to my service requests. I love the huge balcony and the rates are great! I recieved 10 $100 off coupons at move in.
