I have resided at Drawbridge Apartments for the past three years. At the beginning of my time here, I was not too terrible pleased. It seamed that anything I wanted or needed to have done never happened. My present manager Denise, has changed that 190 degrees. If I have any questions she happily answers them, If I need anything done she does her very best to see that it is accomplished. I can honestly say she is like another daughter to me..She comes to see me regulary to make sure that I am ok and to see if there is anything I need. She has gone as far as to see a garbage bag sitting there and she will take it out. I live here along with my daughter. I am divorced and my funds are very limited. Denise has gone as far as to take my rent at the last minute to assure that it arrives on time. Our building is will looked after and the tenants know she will not accept wrong doings. Another person I would like to acknowledge is Dave the maintance man. He is here in a heartbeat whenever anything goes wrong, and treats me with the utmost respect. It is just a nice feeling knowing that I live in a place where I am being looked out for. I have refered others to check out Drawbridge. I would like to see credit go where it is due. I believe these two people deserve to get a pat on the back. Thank You for this opportunity to express my views. Dianne Keen
