A Nightmare I can?t wait to wake up from

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I moved in these apartments a year and a half ago, mostly because it was affordable and decent looking on the inside. For eight months I would run out of hot water. It took that long for the hot water heater to finally be replaced. This went on throughout the winter - imagine not having hot water on winter mornings! This summer my air conditioning broke the hottest week of the summer, and they did not consider it an emergency so I went 6 days before it was finally fixed. The interior is falling apart and everything is cheaply constructed. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless it is the ONLY place you can afford.
