I just wanted to let everyone know just how much I appreciate Lisa and Dave. They have always been extremely helpful the last four years I lived here, as well as always friendly and willing to stop for a pleasant chat. Many times, they have both gone out of their way to help me out. Keep up the good work!

Let it be known, however, that despite how wonderful the maintenance (support) staff is, the office staff is so horrible it's positively dreadful. Let's get competant persons in charge, then this would be a great place for all!
