Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
If you had lived here for 16 years than you would know that Mike has not been working here since April. He was replaced by another maintence person. Also, as for the manager, she is just doing her job and she's doing it so well that her improvements show. Everyone likes her and she is helpful in all areas. Leave her alone.
