I've been at Drawbridge since May of this year. I've lived in a few apartments in the area, and this one is by far the best. Heres alist a few of the honest pro's and con's.
PROS:
- CHEAP I pay $639 for a 2 BR w/ water and the clubhouse/gym included
- Clean, well kept grounds
- The manager and office workers are very friendly and responsive to your needs. If you're having an issue, they are willing to work with you.
- Service calls are always tended to promptly.
- The clubhouse is cheap to rent and is an AWESOME place to throw parties
- The gym/sauna is clean and relatively low-key, not alot of people use it ( has cable tv).
- They have resident parties and constantly have contests offering up to $300 off rent, and resident referrals pay $300 too!
CONS:
- The electric stove (at least mine) sucks.
- If you want Satellite TV, you have to pay a full months rent deposit.
- If you rent the clubhouse, it takes a month to get your $200 deposit back
- The night patrol guy is a bit creepy, but nice.
- There are ALOT of cops in the area, and it makes me wonder if my car is safe'


Overall I would give the place a 5 on a 1-5 scale. Its quiet, the neighbors are nice, noone bothers you and the apts themselves are spacious and well layed out.
