Drawbridge has it's 's & -'s as I'm sure any place does!

The staff is friendly, maintenance does their best to help and does it quickly!

- We are on the ground floor and we have a bug issue (ants, spiders, rollie pollie's, worms). Maintenance came out and sprayed the day I complained and it seems to have helped a bit.

- Can smell smoke from the neighbors above.

I loved the fact that we can paint the walls, as long as we repaint them when we leave.

I heard the pool was really nice and look forward to using it this summer.

Fitness center is small, but at least there is one and you can use it 24 hours a day!

- Break in right next door!

- Fire on third floor and no one staff came to check when the fire department was here and we all had to be evacuated.

Brand new paint and carpet in the hallways this past week and it looks great!

Security drives through nightly!
