Ive been here for about 6 months now and I have had so many problems with this place. Hallways smell like drugs. Beer bottles broken down cars and garbage always in the parking lot. There is nowhere to park when I come home from work.
The heaters dont work most of the time and when they do they wont turn off even if you turn the thermostat off. The give you filthy stoves. The cupboards are all caving in and rotting. Doors have tons of dents in them like someone tryed to kick your door in. The rent is way too high for a place as crappy as this. If rent was $300 a month then it might be worth it but its like living in detroit. The people in the office are very very rude and wont help you in any way. You tell them something is wrong and they say its supposed to be that way. The dishwasher leaks all the time and they say its normal.IF they break something or move something that they shouldnt have touched in your apartment they say it wasnt them. I honestly think they go thru your apartment when your not home.

we must live in the same building...they are so quick to tell you your rent is past due(even though it is their own online rent payment that is the problem) but they will keep renting to people who signed a lease for their son who is on probation. there is blood on the walls in the hallway...no parking if you come home after 7...washing machines have been backed up for weeks now...and the worst part is that nothing is being done to correct the problems.
