GOT TO CHECK THIS ONE OUT - YOU'LL WIND UP CALLING IT HOME. I DID AND I LOVE LIVING AT METRO TOWERS. I CALL IT THE "JEWEL OF MACOMB COUNTY." ONE THING FOR SURE YOU CAN'T HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS. TAKE A DIP IN THE POOL. ITS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING...SHOPPING, METRO BEACH

Metro Towers is far from the Jewel of Macomb. This has to be from management. Please, give me a break. If you need some place to live for a year then, I say sure, I can see that. It is ok as a stepping stone, sorda speak. The current rates are more suitable. The regular price I believe is over priced for the condition of the apartments (at least mine). The walls are painted very sloppy (like a 5 yr old did it). drippings everywhere, very shabby. They even painted over the electical outlets. The closet doors fell off track constantly to the point I gave up calling (what's the point they were just going to fall off again). My kitchen was awful, very cheaply put together. As I said, it is ok to live there temerary if the special is right. As far as not being able to hear you neighbors, that's a crock. I heard mine, the problem was I couldn't figure out which ones were making the noises, too many to choose from. I had neighbors yelling at their children, to someone blasting their music at all hours of the night, and neighbors having sex (I thought my daughter's boyfriend was looking at porn on the computer, until I realized it was one of the neighbors). I sleep with earplugs every night I can still hear the sex, music and yelling. I just deal with it. The neighborhood is nice and convient, the staff is ok. Parking is ok, other people in building are ok, my neighbors kept to their self. they were friendly in the hallway. Fire dept is there alot (is a plus if you like firemen). There have been rumors of drugs in the building, personally I haven't come accross that. My main problem is how shabby the apartment itself is. I don't think the price is worth it.

Jewel of macomb..Get your eyes checked please.. There are far better places in macomb county then this high rise dump. This seriously is management. No one else would say that crap lies. People party in the hall ways, have sex in the laundry room, balconies and even in the stair wells. They move out or kick out I should say for literally no reason at all the quite people the people that pay rent on time every month. But they let the trash stay. I lived there for 6 years minded my business, paid rent on time every time for 6 years, and when my lease was up and I was ready to sign for another year. I was told No, you cant..with no reason why I couldnt. The kicker, I just had a baby came home for the Hosiptal to find I had a month to find a new place to live. With no reason or answers to why I wasnt allowed to resign. They told me they can just chose who can and cant resign for no reason at all. I just think it was plan rude for them to do what they did to me and my son. I know I had a high floored appartment with a wonderful view. I will admitt that. But far from being a Jewel....
