We like our apartment, but we would love to not wait to have things fixed. We do pay rent, on time and before the 1st, it should be fixed within the week we request without snickering from the manager. And if the management wouldn't talk crap about it's other tentants to other tentants that would be great too. Its offensive and quite rude for a grown women to talk trash about her tentants. If you have an issue with a tentant of yours, talk to them personally and resolve the issue like an adult, a business person, not a high schooler. I shouldnt have to listen to this women degrade my neighbors, who are very nice people. I would love to recommand this place to several people, but not if they do something the manager doesn't like then have to hear about her complain about them. It's unfair to them.

Parking is very nice, always find a spot near the door. Building is semi-quiet, although there are alot of kids in our building, so if you are looking to live here, and don't have kids, and dont wanna hear kids crying and such, make sure you say that upon looking at apartments here. Depoist to move in was very reasonable, when we dont have alot of cash to work with. Most people are very friendly, My husband and I love our neighbors down the hall, very nice, helpful and such. Ae well as most of the people in our building. All very poliet when in passing with any of them. Oh and you are not bounded to COMCAST. Which is great! Comast is to expensive, it's nice to live somehwere were there is opitons. We plan to live here until a house is affordable for us.
