i have been living here for about a year. i like it. my neighbors are kind of loud and i can hear doors opening and closing... but it doesn't really bother me. everyone minds their own business for the most part. i like the pool and maintence has always been good for me. our air conditioner sucks and only cools the living room.. but it hasn't been getting too hot. despite a few weirdos i have never felt unsafe or uncomfortable here.
