The pictures of Village Green in those apartment guide books give it the appearance of superior luxury and class. This is NOT the case. It may be a different story if you lived along the lake, but my apartment was on the west side of Jefferson. The building I lived in is very old and the walls/ceilings are thin, so you could hear every step the upstairs neighbors take. The children in this complex are very noisy and are running up and down the stairs nonstop. If you want some peace and quiet, go somewhere else. The kids also don?t believe in trash cans. Many times I walk out of my apt and come across popsicle sticks, candy wrappers, and pop cans in the hallway. Overall the rent you pay is severly overpriced. I knew the first week I moved in that I wanted out when my lease was up.
