When I signed my lease I thought I was getting a really good deal. I made the mistake of not looking at my apartment first. The model they showed me was so different than my apartment. The drywall and paint was nasty! I had a huge leak in the bathroom ceiling and it took days before maintence came. Through my 1 yr lease they never totally fixed it. These buildings are old and have alot of problems. Noise was also a big problem, every time the nieghbor urinated I could here it. Every morning the nieghbor's alarm clock woke me up.Also Black mold was a major issue. If you do move here please have a health inspecter check out your apartment before moving in.Health problems caused by black mold caused me and other residents to move.
