This place is terrible. There is trash all over the place, the parking lot is destroyed, there is dog feces on every lawn and the apartment has mold problems. When I say mold problems, I mean MOLD PROBLEMS. In the carpet, under the carpet, in the walls, in the bathroom. This place is a dump. I got a decent deal...one month free rent for a 12 month lease. You get what you pay for. Dont let it fool you, and ASK TO SEE THE APARTMENT BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. The demo/show apartment was a palace compared to the sh*thole I live in. The walls are too thin, the carpet stinks. Watch for hidden costs when signing. It added up to about $250 on top of the deposit and first months rent. I didnt expect that. Racquetball court' Weight room' WHAT!' Both are broken right now. The work-out room is filled with crap equipment. When I showed up to pick up my keys, the place wasnt ready.
