Great Place to Live!!!! I love living here!!! Great location, great matainance, awesome staff. I love the events that are held at the clubhouse along with the free car wash and free garage. I love it here and have no intentions on moving:)

Cheap to move in; Expensive to stay We love living here. Unfortunately, they are charging new people about 729 while we are charged 799. We asked and they said they might be able to come down ten dollars. We found this very unfair as we have lived here for three years and that is all the more

Very Bad and Overpriced Apartments These apartments are a total rip off and should be avoided. As stated in other posts kids running around unsupervised, management does not take care of any complaints, even when several people complain about same things. Apartments are very cheaply

Excellent Newer QUALITY- Nice staff and good maintenace I have lived at Oakbrooke for 3.5 years and love it here.
Maintenace has always responded same day and fixed it right the first time.
Management is very nice and the office staff is very friendly.

What a joke Management is useless on taking care of complaints. Brand new vehicle has been damaged twice by unsupervised children and another resident. Buildings are made so cheap you can hear a pin drop through the walls. Parking is a joke. Not to mention out door security lighting is wired into

Good Apartments I have been here for around a 6months and no major problems. A couple of little things that got fixed within a day. Staff very helpful and so it maintanence staff. Mosquitos are due to the swamp land that surrounds the area and is very nice to look at. Where isn't there

Very Happy I moved in to my apartment in September and I love my apartment. I have my own washer and dryer and I even have a garage. I have also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. So far I have really enjoyed living here.

Management lies!!!!!!! we applied here but did not move in, the manager was shady, he lied so much, for example he acted like a desperate car salesman in attempting to get us to rent the apartment, and when we first walkede in there was a sign that said as a special they were going
