I have lived here almost two years and I love living here. Maintenance is very fast and friendly and available all the time. The apartments are clean and spacious inside. (the hallways are just so so, but who cares you don't live in them) There is laundry in every building. You get an extra storage room in your building for bikes or extra boxes or stuff you don't want to keep in the apartment. The balconies are huge and big enough for patio furniture (smaller stuff, but I have a table out there for two people) I have had no problems living here
