I have lived here for 5 months and am breaking my lease just to leave. First, bugs...you have to love bugs to stay here. Two days after we moved in I found a bunch of carpenter ants running along the edge of the carpet going underneath it. I had to buy my own spray and basically bomb my house to get rid of them. The laundry rooms are terrible. Ours constantly has bugs in it. And it takes about two dollars to dry a small load. My bathtub doesnt stay plugged, and there is no use calling maintenece, because it could be days before they come, and once something is fixed it goes wrong again in a few weeks. My cupboards are peeling, the dishwasher doesnt work. I was locked out of my apartment, it took them almost two hours to get there. And then because I couldnt find my ID there was a twenty five dollar charge. So basically anyone can pretend to be me and get in my apartment as long as they have twenty five dollars. I couldnt sleep half the summer because all the teenage kids were left unattended at home having huge parties sending people to buy liquor for them. Its rediculous. Parking is terrible to. My "covered" spot is in front of the building next to me. With two kids in the winter and snow...what should I do when they are both under two years old. If I dont get home early I have no where to park but in my covered spot. Our street light in front of our building as been burnt out the five months I've been there I have told them numerous times that it is. It took 2 months to fix the porch light on the main entrance to my building
