I have been living at Benson Hills building 1626 and have had to endure from the apartment above the neighbor from hell. I have had everything from: having her children fighting to the point that they rattled pictures; to her shaving the son's head on the balcony and brushing the hair down onto my patio; to poopy underwear falling off her balcony railing onto the patio below; broken glass being brushed down from the balcony; to the son peeping in bedroom windows; and more. The management always saying they will take care of it and then a new team comes into manage. The newest management team has wrote letters but when the neighbor from hell said she was surprised that anyone would say those things management then wanted be to prove the noise and filth. So now I've waiting to run my lease out or to leave I have to pay for every month between now and the end of my lease.
