Very Noisy!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I recently go a new neighbor upstairs and he is not a large guy but I swear it is as if a giant lives up there. You can hear every footstep and every movement he makes. To make matters worse he is often up until 4:00AM which has severly limited my sleep. I have complained to management and they don't care. Plus whenever the upstairs neighbors run any water in the bathroom is sounds like a waterfall is inside the wall. This place is very noisy so save yourself and move elsewhere if you want peace and quiet. I will be moving soon!!!!
