My family had a townhouse at Benson Hills which consisted of a basement, first and second floors.
Parking is good. They have parking out in front on the building, and you get an assigned parking spot in a carport (no scraping in winter :)
You can occasionaly hear music from the neighboors which can be annoying, but isn't too bad.
Maintenace is very quick and does a great job getting the job done. And the staff is pretty nice. When I forgot my key to get in the house, the maintenace people gladly gave me one of their spare keys to get in my house.
Good Place. Way better than Lakeview Apartments in Haslett! (lived there for 2 years)
