I lived here from April to October 2008 and had a good experience. The apartments are a little older but maintained and if I ever had any maintenance issues someone came quickly. The location is a great feature because you can walk to parks and stores. I also liked that there was no monthly pet fee. I never had any trouble with other people's pets and noise was not usually a problem. If someone was loud I went and spoke to the person and they quited down. It would be a good place for working singles or couples, or mature students who don't want a party atmosphere. The complex managers also were very nice to me and the residents got monthly newsletters and free flowers in the spring.

You lived here for 6 months and you missed the winter season. My heat bills for a 2 bedroom apartment are insane as there is no insulation. The living area stays warm, but the bedrooms are FREEZING (literally 20 degrees cooler - I measured it) and I have to pay almost $200 a month to get it that way. I agree that the location is excellent, and that the pet policy is very good, but the upkeep and office staff need some definite improvements.
