Where do I begin' Maintenence was a nightmare. One maintenence worker was super and the other was not. Unfortunately, the good one was never assigened to our problems. In the four years we lived there, I had to shovel the sidewalk and out to the car while the maintenence was asleep upstairs. Never any compensation for that.They put up new siding and roofing, but never fixed the underlying problems. We had a leak in our ceiling and their way of fixing it was to put a 2x4x8 up against it to hold the ceiling up until it dried. The lock on the sliding patio door was broken from the day we moved in and 4 years later it was still broken. (A major problem as we lived on the ground floor.) We had to install sliding door lock pins. They also put in new windows and the contractor did not put in insulation. About one month after the siding was installed, iy started falling off. The carpet was horrible and they would not replace it after repeated requests because the leak in the ceiling made the carpet crunch when you walked on it. Their solution to the soaked carpet was a wet vac and that's it. The pool usually opened around mid July. The lawn care was horrible. I had to trim the bushes around our building so that it looked halfway respectable. I guess they would have let them grow to the roof if I hadn't. The grass cutters continually blew the clippings towards the apt. and never used a blower to clean off the patios. I always had to do that myself. The only reason that we stayed there so long is that we really had no choice, we were in the process of trying to repair our credit. At the end of our stay, they got very lax with who they were letting move in and it really started going downhill.(even worse) There's just not enough room for all the problems we had.
