Don't live on the bottom floor!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I had relatively few problems with the exception of snow removal until I had some college tenants move in above my apartment. It has been a nightmare because the ceilings and walls are apparently paper thin. I would NOT recommend living here.
