I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment her in august 2004, it was resonably priced but everything was way old, we had probloms w/ everything from are garbage disposal snd dishwasher quitting, to waking up a 2am to the couple below us screaming and there loud ass bird putting his two cents in. Also whoever Lisa Smith is if ever meet her there will be hell cause we had sbc, comcast, consumers energy, and at&t try to bill my roomate and I over a grand of services we did not use cause she didn't pay anything and she just left lucky for me they wouldn't turn on our heat do to a past due bill in that unit and when they did they tried to charge us for her bill, people where knocking @ our door all the time "Are you Lisa Smith'" "then may I see some I.D" what a messs!! and i also lived there when the former landlords left, 2 months later, when our lease was up, so was are like they where trying to hike our rent $200.00, so in short no matter what great rate they give you be sure you can afford an extra $200.00 cause they'll jack up the price on you!!!
