I've lived at Lake O' The Hills for appx 3 years now and once again we have a new manager and maintence staff. That makes 3 in 3 years!! The rent keeps going up, and the amenities keep going down. We had a lot of trouble getting the sidewalks cleared this winter and even though there are posted times for the office to be open (only 30 hours per week) the new manager is NEVER there. I called to have a simple repair done and it took over 3 weeks to get a response. I do not recommend this complex and plan on moving ASAP.
