We have lived in this complex for a couple years and we loved it at first. The management and maintenance staff were wonderful and it was a nice, quiet place to live. That has changed in the past few years.
I don't want to sound like a copy of all the other posts but what they're saying is exactly true. The new maintenance staff (which consist 1 creepy man)is insane. The snow removal is non-existant. My husband and I along with numerous neighbors stood outside during one of the major snowfalls for a couple hours helping people get into the parking lots, while the "maintenance" man stood in a doorway flirting with some young girls and watching us.
When we first moved in it was a great place, but now it sucks. My car got broken into and keyed (2 seperate occasions)and the complex is filling up with less than desireable people.
I do not recommend this apartment complex!

i agree about the snow removal. none existant. i shovel the walk most of the time, i remove trash from the yard, i take care of the plants in the yard. i am moving soon because the service is worse, yet they keep raising the rent. you would like to think they would be more sensitive to people's income and state of the economy, and given the state of their service, the rent should be reduced $200 a month for each unit. i have lived there many years and i can't believe the attitude of the staff. just do whatever they can get away with and keep raising the rent up up and up. so, as soon as i can i am out of there...haslett is a wonderful place to live, but not this complex in haslett.
