I liked living here overall. This was the first apartment I rented in my name. The best thing about it was the price 475 a mo for 7 mo lease. It served its purpose because my boyfriend didn't have a job for half of the time we were there. I loved living next to the lake in the summer. The maintenance was good. Management were better than average. The only bad thing about living there was if you have more than one person there they need to be on the lease. My bf didn't want to be on the lease. They didn't give us any problems though with it even though he was there the whole time, they just wouldn't give us another key. Right now there is barely anybody living here so I think they raised the price per mo to 509. The apartments here are quite small about the same size as Pine Lake down the road. I like the inside better in Meridian because the bar is higher. My lease will be up in a few days, I am kinda sad, I liked being on my own. I don't think I'll be able to afford another apartment for a while. =( Oh and one more thing I'd have to warn you about is the electric heat, expensive, and it is noisy, also only have a Window AC, expensive too.
