They've become noisier, less care is taken with screening new residents and after living here five years, I'm on my way out. The last straw was renting the unit next to mine to people just evicted from Forest View, which is virtually on the same property, who have done nothing but create noise nuisances late at night and fill my apartment with their second-hand smoke since they moved in. It's become like a bad trailer park. Also they've gone overboard with dogs. Dog-friendly is good, overly dog-saturated is not. Dogs are territorial and they've packed way too many too close together, lots more barking nuisances. They also are not great with maintenance, lots of water damage, and they told me last year they replaced my heating/air unit with a new one, but turned out it was never replaced until finally the air conditioning broke altogether recently, then they discovered it was still the same old unit in place.
