The on site manager was nice and extremely helpful. The apartment was cute and the neighbors were friendly. Plenty of parking, your own water heater, and a 2 minute walk to Lake Lansing. There was only one laundry room to share with all the buildings, but it was always clean and well lit. Great maintenance, I broke my key off in the door and the guy was there within an hour to replace the lock. Thermostat for the bedroom and living room are separate which helped me save on the electric bill. Water, trash, and sewage were included.I would live here again in a minute! Great place. Cats allowed.
