Good and bad - There is good and bad to living in these apartments.
I have experienced that if you have a maintenance issue it's basically ignored, or a crappy job is done getting it fixed. The appliances in the apartments are old (air-conditioning units and dishwasher especially) and hardly work to begin with.

half and half Well the apartments are decent sized, but pretty boring layout. The problem is they are pretty pricey and they are pretty much the only apartment complex in hastings for people who dont qualify for assistance. There are 0 amenities, not one playground, swimming pool
