My family has lived at Cricket Ridge for a total of 8 years. 1 year in a lower apartment. We love it here. The location is great. My husband works 3 minutes down the road. Daughters school is in walking distance. My parents live across the street. Location is great. We love our apartment. We know apartment living you can't get complete quiet. The walls are not made to be soundproof. We don't mind reasonable noise! We love our unit it overlooks the pond that has a variety of animal, which our daughter loves! The management is good. The mainataince crew is great. We do get problems with older kids not showing respect by means of noise and pool respect. But overall we love it and hope to by our unit when it goes condo.
