Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
When my wife and I moved into Old Orchard in August '04, it was actually kind of nice. Our neighbors were a little quirky, but friendly. Now, I wish I could say the same. We've got thugs running everywhere. The moment I really felt at home is when I heard a couple of guys downstairs shouting at a 13-year-old girl in the parking lot asking her if she was a virgin. Nice. Plus the horrendous amount of moisture that seeps in through every window is nice. It makes a great environment for mold (no matter how often you scrub it away). This place worked for the time we were here, but I'm excited to move next month. Would I do it again' Yes, if it were two years ago. NO! If it were right now.
