PARKING LOT IS FULL OF POT HOLES.BUILDINGS ARE POORLY MAINTAINED.HAVE PLUMING PROBLEMS ESPECIALLY IN THE BATHROOM SINK.CENTIPEDES ARE A MAJOR PEST PROBLEM. MANAGEMENT HAS A HABIT OF TURNING OFF YOUR HEAT FROM JULY TO OCTOBER EVEN THOUGH THE HEAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT.

As far as the buildings being poorly maintained, you the people are the destructive ones, and as far as turning off the heat during these months, oh, come on now! Who, in their right mind would want their apartment heated during these months. No where in this review is there any mention of ever thanking the Company for the months that your heat was paid, or thanking them for the hot water you recieved for showers and bathing. Which is all paid for you. Are you going to tell me that you were never, not even one time late on your rental? All I hear is a bunch of ungrateful complainers.Instead of complaining, why don't you count your blessings that you had hot water and heat, especially during the freezing months of the year. While your at it, please get a life!!!!

The heat is turned off during these months because of the type of heat it is. The heaters stay hot, even when turned on low. You, the resident, are responsible for the electricity (air conditioning), so rather than have you battle with a big hot box in your home, and pay higher electricity bills, we turn your heaters off.
