I have been living here for almost a year and I am ready to move. Here are the reasons why. It is quiet here but when you are living on the second floor under someone who stomps their feet all the time.
I have complained about this several times to the apt manager. Nothing has been done. I work Monday hrough Friday from 8am-5pm and the office hours are posted as Monday through Friday from 9am-5:30pm. The apt manager closes the office at 5pm. So you either have to call the apt manager to ask a question or report something (If you have time) or you just don't get it done or answered. The only thing that is nice about this apt complex is the rent. For a 1 bedroom apt I pay $450. The Apt manager has Bi-Polor too. One minute she is just fine and another minute she is flipping out over whatever. If She gets upset, she will cuss and swear at you. Real Professional. They don't even give you the owners contact info. If I had that I would have contacted the owner a long time ago.
