I like it here! - Been here for 9 months, its pretty nice. I moved from inner city Lansing and its waayyy nicer out here in Holt. My neighbors are quiet and polite. Parking can be a little tight at times, but there are always places to park around the corner. Maintenance is very fast, especially with emergencies after business hours.
