I currently live here.

Overall, its a nice place.

But they do overcharge you for everything.

Parking is crowded, neighbors are rude and inconsiderate.

My neighbors leave their barking dogs home alone all day.

Burwick told me to resolve myself.

Mail has been stolen and opened before I have gotten it here.

Howell is an expensive town, and its not all that classy.

I love my view of the pond, but not worth the $1100 a month I pay for it.

Maintence is terrible.

Oh, and this is the only place I know in Michigan where they can get away with charging over $30/month in water costs without showing you your personal usage!!! The water is supposedly divided up per building and then prorated per person who lives in your apartment.

Long story short, I have a one year lease, and as soon as it's up, I'M GONE!!!!!!!!!!
