It's okay

Lived here for 6 months - kind of a rip off -overcharge for pets, short-term leasing, etc.

Felt safe, though, and had a view of the pond.

They have a fitness center and pool, and a car wash.

I did notice some community events going on while we lived here, so that's nice.
Common hallways, so you can hear people up and down the stairs.

Noise was pretty bad - screaming kids next door all hours of the day/night.
